Description：
When using this Drill-Bit-Mounted Sintered Diamond countersink, you must ensure sufficient internal water supply under adequate pressure. If conditions allow, external water spraying can also be added. The water pressure determines the cooling effect and chip/flushing performance when the diamond section rotates at high speed and rubs against the glass, which directly affects the drill bit’s service life and sharpness.
If, during use, you notice excessive edge chipping or reduced sharpness, you can re-sharpen the cutting edge using a #120–#140 white alumina (white corundum) grinding wheel, and then continue using the Glass Chamfering Sleeve.
