Built for glass machines, this sintered diamond taper-shank chamfering grinding head delivers stable centering and smooth, uniform chamfering around glass holes. The taper connection helps minimize runout for better edge quality and higher finishing consistency. Ideal for production environments requiring efficient processing and long service life.

If, during use, you notice excessive edge chipping or reduced sharpness, you can re-sharpen the cutting edge using a #120–#140 white alumina (white corundum) grinding wheel, and then continue using the Glass Chamfering Sleeve.

Our factory can customize special-purpose drill bits according to customer requirements, such as automotive glass drill bits, photovoltaic (PV) glass drill bits, and deep-hole crystal drill bits, and any size between 10-100mm, like 10.5mm,12.5mm,13.5mm, and so on. For special requirements like these, customization is required.
