Function of the water nozzle: When drilling glass, stone, or ceramic, water cooling is required, and flushing debris during drilling is also essential. This water nozzle allows water to flow out through the center of the drill bit, providing better cooling and debris removal, which can greatly improve drilling efficiency.

Water nozzle speed: ≤ 3000 rpm. This nozzle can be used on a manual bench drill press for drilling holes in glass and ceramic.

Our factory can customize special-purpose drill bits according to customer requirements, such as automotive glass drill bits, photovoltaic (PV) glass drill bits, and deep-hole crystal drill bits, and any size between 4-120mm, like 10.5mm,12.5mm,13.5mm, and so on. For special requirements like these, customization is required.
