This is a diamond milling cutter for CNC machining, suitable for grooving, edge trimming, and side milling on glass, ceramic tiles, and sintered stone (porcelain slab).The body is made of 45# steel with a bronze bond and diamond grit working layer for stable performance and excellent wear resistance.

During operation, this diamond milling cutter must be cooled with continuous water flow both internally and externally. Based on repeated testing, the optimal speed is 6,000–8,000 rpm, with a feed rate of about 1.5 m/min. The feed rate and motor speed can also be adjusted according to the glass thickness.

Important: Do not use this tool without sufficient water.

Note: This tool is designed for side milling. If you need to mill a groove starting from the middle, you must drill a starter hole first—otherwise it may break easily.
