The order includes custom or special-order products

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

4. International Shipping & Customs
We ship globally.
Please note:
Import duties, customs taxes, and clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated in the contract.

Shipping delays caused by customs are outside our control.
If a shipment is returned due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect address, or refusal to receive goods, the customer is responsible for any associated costs.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking may require up to 48 hours to update depending on the carrier.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
6.1 Damaged Goods
If your package arrives damaged:
Report the issue within 48 hours
Provide photos/videos of the package and product
Keep all packaging materials for inspection
We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
6.2 Lost Shipments
If Glass Factory Tools is responsible for arranging the shipment and the carrier officially confirms that the package is lost, we will:
Reship the order;
orProvide a full refund.
However, if the customer arranges their own shipping method or uses a third-party logistics provider not contracted by Glass Factory Tools, any loss, damage, or non-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer or their designated carrier. In such cases, compensation or claims must be handled directly with the chosen logistics provider.
7. Shipment of Large Machinery & Equipment
Large equipment (e.g., drilling machines, edging machines, lifting tools) may:
Require special packaging
Ship via freight or pallet delivery
Require forklift or unloading assistance at the destination
Important Notice
Returns are not accepted after the contract begins, and
the warranty period & service obligations follow the conditions agreed upon in the contract.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address
If the address is incorrect, incomplete, or the package cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer:
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages.
If the package is returned to us as undeliverable, any return shipping costs, customs charges, storage fees, and reshipment fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

9. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items that require different handling, we may ship them separately.
You will not be charged extra unless stated otherwise.
