Yes. We ship to most countries using reliable logistics partners. Delivery time varies by region and customs processing.
The buyer is responsible for any customs fees unless otherwise stated in the contract.
If we arranged the shipment and the carrier confirms loss or damage, we will offer a reshipment or refund.
If the customer arranged the shipment, claims must be handled with their chosen carrier.
Returns are accepted for defective or incorrect items. Consumables and used items cannot be returned unless defective.

Tools and accessories: 1–7 business days
Large or customized items: 3–15 business days
Some custom products or machinery may require 7–30 business days or follow contractual terms.
If the package is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees, customs charges, and re-shipment costs.
We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards,stripe and bank transfers, depending on your region.
