A versatile sintered diamond chamfering grinding head for glass machines, suitable for chamfering and finishing the edges of drilled holes. The straight shank fits common chucks/holders for quick installation and easy replacement. It provides steady grinding performance to improve hole-edge smoothness and reduce chipping during finishing.

If, during use, you notice excessive edge chipping or reduced sharpness, you can re-sharpen the cutting edge using a #120–#140 white alumina (white corundum) grinding wheel, and then continue using the Glass Chamfering Sleeve.

Our factory can customize special-purpose drill bits according to customer requirements, such as automotive glass drill bits, photovoltaic (PV) glass drill bits, and deep-hole crystal drill bits, and any size between 10-100mm, like 10.5mm,12.5mm,13.5mm, and so on. For special requirements like these, customization is required.
