This sintered diamond chamfering grinding head is designed for glass machines to create clean, consistent chamfers around drilled holes. The threaded shank provides secure, stable mounting with reliable concentricity, helping reduce edge chipping and improve hole-edge finish. When the chamfer ring is worn, you can replace the ring while reusing the holder/fastener for lower operating cost.

If, during use, you notice excessive edge chipping or reduced sharpness, you can re-sharpen the cutting edge using a #120–#140 white alumina (white corundum) grinding wheel, and then continue using the Glass Chamfering Sleeve.

Our factory can customize special-purpose drill bits according to customer requirements, such as automotive glass drill bits, photovoltaic (PV) glass drill bits, and deep-hole crystal drill bits, and any size between 10-100mm, like 10.5mm,12.5mm,13.5mm, and so on. For special requirements like these, customization is required.
