Description

Application:
Mainly used in glass processing factories during deep-processing operations. When glass develops mold, surface scratches, or other defects, this polishing machine can be used to repair and polish the glass surface.

Note:
Polishing must be carried out with the appropriate materials—polishing powder and water. Dry polishing is not allowed.

The glass polishing machine can remove minor surface damage, scratches, and dirt, while also polishing and brightening the glass surface. It can also be used to polish glass edges to enhance their gloss. This handheld polishing machine is compact, convenient, and easy to use.

Important:
When polishing either the glass surface or edges, never perform dry polishing, as heat may damage the wool polishing wheel. Polishing powder must be purchased separately, mixed with an appropriate amount of water, and stirred before use.

Technical Tips:
If the scratches are too deep, they cannot be completely polished out. In such cases, you can first use a sponge polishing grinding wheel mounted on a grinder for rough grinding, and then use this polishing machine (with polishing powder) for finishing.

If the scratches are minor, you can use this polishing machine directly. Wet polishing is required—dry polishing is not allowed.
